Maureen McCool has put together a group of attorneys who are suing Allstate in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of 2 agents who lost their businesses based upon Allstate's violations of the California Insurance Code. They are working with the Department of Insurance regarding this issue, and would appreciate any information or help that visitors of this site may be able and willing to provide.
