A policy holder in today's claims climate should not attempt to present their claim for significant damages without first seeking competent assistance from a trained claims professional who will have their interests ONLY at heart.

Comments: Since 1989 I have represented the financial interests of the policyholder in the determination and settlement of fire-related insurance claims (my specialty). I also work as an insurance claims consultant (and expert witness) to attorneys that represent the policyholder in civil litigation. Previously adjusted claims for the benefit of insurance companies (1973-1989).
