After reviewing this entire site and analyzing all of the complaints I have come to a conclusion of what the problem is; READ YOUR POLICY!!!! The problem is not Allstate, it's you not taking the time to read the policy from front to back. Even though it might take some time its very important. Insurance is very important, if not one of the most important things to have in your life. You need take the time to have a good understanding of what your policy covers and does not cover. You need to understand that every policy is rigorously evaluated and either approved or disapproved by your states department of insurance. And its also checked to make sure that its easy to understand and not misleading. If you have ever read an insurance policy you would see that 99% of the complaints on this website about a claim not being paid for is because it was clearly stated in the policy as not being a covered loss...READ THE POLICY!!!!!!!!
