Commentsits on its way & if able, i'll try to do it again often. if enough help out he can only win and that means everyone does
CommentsI wish it could be more but since Farmers destroyed my health I have to spend almost everything I have on doctors and medication. If I run into any more extra ducats I'll send them your way now that I know where you are. Best wishes, Shelley Williams
CommentsOur prayers are with Harry. As a fellow Allstate whistleblower, I can sympathize with Harry. It took guts and integrity to do what he did. Everyone will be amazed and repulsed at what will be revealed in the trial transcripts. Hopefully the media and the California Legislature will follow up on this rather than do the usual "dog and pony show" routine that they've done in the past to conceal this type of activity by a company and industry that pours vast sums into their campaign coffers. It's up to us to keep the heat on the California Legislature and Attorney-General. None of this would have happened without our web site heroes, Gary and Jim.
CommentsI will endorse over to you my next (May) retirement check from MetLife (MutLife) to help all who are embattled against insurer fraud, regardless of company. MutLife has done their share of fraud, as we all know. This money I donate is part of the proceeds of having beaten their asses in the 8th U. S. court. By the way, all of the judge's supporting comments on record during the trial and post verdict motion hearing, were removed from the trial/hearing transcripts by the court. The only reason I believe they would risk to do this was (compensatory influence) to cut off major trial elements I could use to uphold my jury verdict, should I not settle, forcing MutLife to appeal; which forced me into a settlement. Now I know why the court appointed mediator told me I would never retain my jury verdict if I did not accept the settlement offer, whereupon MutLife would take the case to the appellate level. So, with this in mind, I wish every litigant good luck. Jim Johnston

CommentsDear Gary, I wish I could send much, much more for transcripts for Harry Booths trial and Allstate but 20.00 is all I can squeeze at present.. Having been bled financially and health impaired by the "Good Hands", Cannot do anymore financially at present time.. Lordy, Lordy, I wish I could not only pay for entire transcripts but all of Harry Booths legal cost..
CommentsBest of luck! Check is in the mail.
CommentsOkay, I'm stone broke, Spending at least fifty bucks a month on this cause already, sometimes more, and All my free time, when I could be using that time to improve my own life -- but I am sending fifty bucks to help with Harry Booth's whistleblower trial. This trial will rock Allstate, but they have ruined Harry (stupidly) to carry it this far, and the expenses are great. So if I can do it, everyone else out there who has a complaint against Allstate should consider it. Time to get off the pot. Ten or twenty bucks from everyone on my list would pay for all the transcripts of the trial. (I'll be putting the above on my newsletter.) Jim Mooney, webmaster "You're In Bad Hands With Allstate" http://www.insurancejustice.com Three Years and Counting... And hopefully I won't have to do this much longer, since Allstate will get what they so richly deserve
CommentsHarry: Keep the faith. Allstate will get theirs in the end.
CommentsI only wish this could be more, but as Allstate owes me nearly $500,000 while I remain disabled and subsist on a very small SSI check, it's all I can offer other than my prayers and moral support. I just finished reading about how Allsnakes stock is plummeting and they attribute it to competition and "increasing claims costs". Seems to me the bastards divide their ill gotten gains into two piles. One for the fat cats, like Liddy Choate, Pike, etc and the other pile goes to their Legal Department from Hell. (If they're not from there, they're certainly headed there!) No wonder there's nothing left to pay claims!!! Doc Editors Note: Richard, contributions like yours bring tears to my eyes. Thank you very much. We fight every way we can. I will make sure that Harry knows you donated. Your donation, I'm sure will be very important to him. I wish you well.
CommentsI got your request for help from Jim Mooney. Its probably some where but I don't seem to find your address to mail you the money. Why isn't 20/20 helping? Editors Note: Thank you Loy. Jim sure does get the word out. I e-mailed you the address. I don't know why 20/20 isn't staying involved, but that's a good idea. I will get an e-mail address for them and post it here and on the front page...If we can get a lot of people to e-mail them, they may continue with the story. http://abcnews.go.com/onair/2020/20/20_email_form.html
CommentsMy prayers are with you Harry and Gary. I only wish I could afford more, and be there in court to support you. Know that I am with you in spirit. We have to join together to support victims of Allstate. I was so victimized by Allstate, that I was forced to drop my claim, just so I could concentrate on getting healed, and getting on with my life. Allstate was suing me, their insured, so they wouldn't have to pay my health care providers, it' just sickening what Allstate can do to people. ROMANS 8:28 tells us, "that all things work together for good to those who love GOD," hang in there, and know that he will be your strength when you feel like you can't carry on. My prayer is that blessing would be your portion! GOD BLESS YOU BIG TIME, THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL! In His Love, Matt (another Allstate victim) Editors Note: Thanks Matt, I knew you would pitch in even with all the problems you are having. With people like you Allstate doesn't have a prayer of continuing their outrageous behavior. I think there will be a lot of ten dollar bills to help Harry.
CommentsThanks Gary, Tell Mr. Booth our prayers are with him. Don Editors Note: Thanks Don, This is a very important case. When Allstate loses this one, they wont be able to hide any longer. |
